BTI was founded with the concept of using data and process mining to understand real process performance and process automation to accelerate value delivery.  BTI's approach is based on industry models such as DevOps, the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®), ITIL, and Lean Six Sigma, while emphasizing measurable performance over compliance.  BTI’s strength is in leveraging proven improvement methods combined with data and process mining and workflow automation to drive and control the entire process.  We help our customers maximize value delivered, increase efficiency, and eliminate roadblocks to create opportunities for innovation.

Since its start in 2005, BTI has served customers in 14 US  states and the District of Columbia ranging in size from a 12 person organization to the Fortune 100.  BTI has provided process improvement and process automation services to major U.S. corporations in industries such as Aerospace, Financial Services, Healthcare, Information Technology Solution Services, Retail, Utility, and the U.S. Federal Government.  BTI is headquartered in Hanover, Maryland.
